Your entire AI film studio. One dashboard. Zero busywork.

A storytelling-first AI video production platform built for creators who think like filmmakers and storytellers - not prompt engineers.

Making a Video Shouldn't Feel Like a Second Job.

AI video creators often spend more time building out workflows and worrying about all their prompts and reference files - than they do actually making their story and vision come to life on a creative level.

You know the workflow. The grind. The endless busywork: Generate images in one tool.. Upscale in another.. Figuring out which AI model to use for what type of clip.. Trial and error dealing with model limitations or random censorship.. Wire them through a node graph that looks like a conspiracy board. Export. Import. Stitch. Pray.

Introducing

PyxelJam Studio

An idea-to-film production platform - built for people who care about the story between the shots - by someone who got sick of the grind.

Because filmmaking is not a spaghetti of disconnected tools. It's a pipeline. And now you have one.

CHARACTER
CONSISTENCY
Create any character you want, dress them differently from scene to scene, and their face stays the same in every shot. Reference sheets, wardrobe per story day, and a continuity check on every frame.
MAKE YOUR
OWN SHOW
Build an entire microdrama or other episodic content from a single setup. PyxelJam Studio keeps your cast, world, and tone consistent across every episode so you can focus on the arc instead of rebuilding your characters and locations shot by shot.
ANY FORMAT -
ANY SCREEN
Pick the format per project: widescreen HD or 4K for the big screen and YouTube, or vertical for microdrama streaming and social. The studio itself works in 19 languages, so you can direct in your own.
AI-POWERED
HUMAN CRAFTED
Human-in-the-loop means you stay in the director's chair. The studio drafts, proposes and renders; you review, rewrite and approve at every gate. Nothing moves forward without your call.
NEXT LEVEL
DIRECTOR DNA
Study the masters and apply their cinematography to your own work. Pick a reference director and PyxelJam Studio translates their visual language - framing, pacing, lighting, and camera movement - into your generated scenes.
STORYBOARD TO
FINISHED VIDEO
Import a screenplay (even a scanned one) or write one here. The studio breaks it into scenes and shots, proposes creative directions, generates the storyboard, then turns every approved frame into a clip and assembles the cut.
FIND + APPLY
CINEMETRICS
Drop in a video link to a trailer, a scene, or a music video. It comes back as learned cinemetrics from that video - a shot-by-shot breakdown: framing, lens feel, camera moves, cutting rhythm, light. Keep it as your project look or apply it to your own scenes.

Acting

If the AI Can't Act It, You Can.

Every AI film tool has the same weak spot: the performance. The timing is off, the face does the wrong thing, the line lands flat. The usual answer is a bigger model. Ours is to hand you the actor's job.

Record the line in your own voice and your character says it with your delivery. Perform it on your webcam and your motion, expression and lip movement transfer onto the character - a person, an animal, or a drawing. Build yourself as a character and you are in your own film, doing all the acting.

Performances live in a library like cast and locations, so a take you nailed once can drive any shot later.

A True End-to-End, Idea to Film Pipeline
That Checks and Fixes Its Own Work

Consistency Engine Catch continuity errors in the frame and in the clip before your audience does.
Consistency Engine
Every shot is checked against your approved cast, wardrobe, locations and props. A break gets flagged, re-shot and re-checked, up to three times, and only the frame that passes goes in. Outfits change by story day. Faces never do.
Walk-Away Generation Start the batch. Close the laptop. Get told once when it's done.
Walk-Away Generation
Long runs keep going on our servers whether your tab is open or not. A status chip and a bell track progress inside the studio, and one digest lands in your inbox or your team's chat when the whole batch is finished. No babysitting a progress bar.
Budget Management Know what your production costs. Before it costs you.
Budget Management
Every shot shows its price before you generate it, in credits and in real money. Set a ceiling the project cannot cross, flip on draft mode to iterate cheaply, and pick from three named quality tiers instead of a list of twenty models.
It Re-Shoots Its Own Mistakes A break in a frame or a clip gets fixed and re-checked before you ever see it.
It Re-Shoots Its Own Mistakes
A vision pass inspects every generated frame for the things an audience notices: broken anatomy, wrong staging, the wrong clothes, a character who quietly changed height. Defects are repaired automatically or flagged with a reason. Mark a break intentional and it never nags you again.
Multiplayer Collaborate live with your team and see who's working on what.
Multiplayer
Real-time studios with role-based seats. Directors and editors work in the same project at once, and a share page shows any clip or cut to anyone, no account needed.
Finished Work Leaves On Its Own Your cut opens in Premiere, already trimmed to the action. Your masters land in your own storage.
Finished Work Leaves On Its Own
Export a timeline that rebuilds the whole edit in Premiere, Resolve or Final Cut. Masters copy into your own S3-compatible storage the moment they finish, your team's chat gets a card, and a signed webhook fires for whatever you have wired up next.
Cinemetrics Paste a trailer. Get its shot list, rhythm and palette.
Cinemetrics
Drop in a YouTube link and a video-understanding model writes the shot-by-shot breakdown, the cutting rhythm, the palette and a style fingerprint you can apply to your own film. Free, no account.

Other AI Tools Make Clips.
PyxelJam Studio Makes Productions.

Making AI films is the fun part. Managing them is the hard part - and the part most other tools ignore.
PyxelJam Studio was built as a real video production system - budget ceilings, live team collaboration, share pages, all in one place. Everything between "great idea" and "shipped".

PyxelJam Studio AI film studio pipeline: script, storyboard, generation, assembly and delivery in one place

Storytelling-first, not Visuals-first

Most AI video tools help you make things that LOOK good. PyxelJam Studio helps you make things that FEEL good - because it starts with a story. Script analysis, scene development, narrative structure. The visuals serve the story, not the other way around.

Full Range of Creative Control

Not every creator works the same way. Some want to direct every pixel. Others want to describe an idea and let the studio carry most of the weight. PyxelJam Studio was made for both: four takes of any frame in one click, side-by-side compare, 22 named camera moves, a second angle on a moment you already shot, a masked repaint of the one thing that is wrong, and a plain-language edit for everything else.

The marketing hub

Your Film Needs a Poster, a Title Card and a Trailer. So We Built Those Too.

Nothing else in this category helps you sell what you made. PyxelJam Studio composites a real poster from your own frames at platform dimensions, designs a title card and logotype for your film that can be animated into an opening, and ranks your shots to cut a trailer that renders as an actual video file. All from the footage you just finished, without leaving the studio.

Introducing the Director Language Protocol - A PyxelJam First

The First Platform That Speaks Fluent Director.

You don't think in prompts. You think in shots.

A slow push-in to tighten the tension. A longer lens to flatten the background. A cutaway to buy the edit some room. That's the language every director on every set has used for a hundred years - and every AI video tool ignores it, understands half of it, or makes you learn its own dialect instead.

So we mapped the real vocabulary of directing - framing, lenses, camera movement, blocking, coverage, performance, color, and edit rhythm - and turned it into something no one else has: the Director Language Protocol, an open standard for direction that AI can actually follow.

Here's what that means in practice. On every shot in your storyboard, you set direction the way a director would call it: the framing, the lens feel, the move, the performance note. PyxelJam Studio translates your direction into the exact dialect each AI video model understands - automatically, model by model. Switch models, keep your direction.

And because every instruction is real, we tell you the truth about it: each shot shows you which directions the model you picked will actually honor - before you spend a cent generating.

Direct in Film Language, Not Prompt-Speak.

Push-in, OTS, shallow focus, restrained performance - pick real directions from a real vocabulary. No more guessing which magic words a model responds to.

One Direction, Every Model.

DLP compiles your shot direction into each video model's native dialect. Your creative intent survives the translation - even when you switch models mid-project.

Know Before You Generate.

The fidelity check shows which of your directions the selected model supports natively, follows approximately, or can't do yet. No more burning credits to find out.

Direction That Spans the Cut.

Coverage roles, screen-direction continuity, and pacing profiles work across your whole scene - not one clip at a time. That's the part no prompt guide can give you.

We're Not Waiting for a Standard. We're Writing It.

The Director Language Protocol is being developed in the open, grounded in the same industry vocabulary work backed by the major studios - and PyxelJam Studio is the first platform to speak it natively. When the spec publishes, any tool will be able to adopt it. Yours already has.

Delivery

Finished Work Leaves on Its Own

A render that only exists inside a tool is a render you still have to go and fetch. When a run finishes, PyxelJam Studio delivers it: the cut opens in the editor you already use, the masters land in storage you control, and the channel your team already watches hears about it first.

Your editor

A timeline file rebuilds the whole edit in Premiere, Resolve or Final Cut, every scene's selected take in story order. Or cut it in the editor built into the studio.

Cost control

The Price of the Shot, Before You Press Generate.

Most AI video tools tell you what a clip cost after it rendered. PyxelJam Studio quotes it first, in credits and in real money, and lets you set a ceiling the project cannot cross. Draft mode forces every generation down the cheapest path while you iterate, and three named quality tiers replace a list of twenty models.

Questions? Answers.

Character consistency is one of the main problems PyxelJam Studio was built to solve at the workflow level, not as an afterthought. Rather than hoping the AI guesses who your character is each time, we use a dedicated Character Library where every character is defined once - with a reference sheet, with support for multiple reference images, age, gender, type, and visual description. When a character is assigned to a project, those references get included any time the character is needed for shots in different scenes. This means your "Kevin the security guard in uniform" stays Kevin - consistently scene after scene.

Generation runs on our servers as background jobs with automatic retries, so one failed clip does not stall the project. When something does fail, you get the reason in plain language and a next move: try again, retry in cheap draft quality, retry with the prompt reworded around a content block, or switch models. Provider outages resume on their own. And because production happens in approved stages, nothing silently halts while you are away.

No. A new project starts from a template (Movie, Show or Series, Microdrama, or Custom) that sets the format and shapes how the studio paces your scenes. From there, Director Mode walks you through the pipeline stage by stage and you approve each one before the next begins. The prompting, model selection and technical setup are handled for you, and every directing choice comes with a plain-English note on what it does. Most people finish their first complete project in a single session.

Everything you create in PyxelJam Studio belongs to you. You get full ownership of all outputs - images, videos, scripts and final renders - so you can use them for client deliverables, commercial advertising, monetized YouTube channels, TikTok content and branded campaigns without restriction from the platform. For client work, a share page shows any clip or finished cut in the browser, and the export bundle keeps every deliverable organised per project.

PyxelJam Studio is designed to replace the fragmented multi-tool workflow - not add to it. Most AI video creators are currently juggling separate tools for scripting, prompting, reference images, generation, file management, and editing. PyxelJam Studio consolidates all of that into one dashboard. You can import existing scripts, upload your existing character and location reference images, and start where you are. Your existing assets don't need to be recreated since they fit directly into the Character, Location, and Props libraries.

We support a wide range of video types across multiple formats and aspect ratios - short films, microdramas, movies, music videos, product commercials, local service ads - the sky and your imagination is really the only limit. The aspect ratio comes from the template you pick (vertical for Microdrama, widescreen for Movie) and can be changed wherever the format allows it.

PyxelJam Studio is model-agnostic: the studio is the building, the models are the equipment inside it, and the equipment gets upgraded without you rebuilding anything. Today the catalogue covers ten image models and around twenty video choices, and instead of a list you pick a quality tier - Low Budget, Standard or High Quality. Between them they give you spoken dialogue with lip sync, a pinned first and last frame, up to 50 reference images to lock a face, up to 30 seconds in one unbroken take, 4K output, and a cheap draft render you can upgrade later. Every take records the model that actually made it. If we ever have to substitute one, we tell you rather than swap it quietly.

Your projects, uploaded assets, scripts and generated content are yours and are never used to train AI models. Projects are private by default; the only way anyone outside your account sees a frame is a share link you create yourself, and you can revoke it at any time. Seats on your account get a role (editor or viewer), so collaborators see only what you give them.

Yes. Projects live on a Kanban board that moves itself through Concept, Pre-Production, Production, Post-Production and Completed as real milestones happen. Send a client a share page for any clip or finished cut; it plays in the browser without an account. Add your editor as a seat on your plan. When it is done, the export bundle carries a structured filename for every file and a per-file disclosure that the media was AI generated, so the deliverable is ready for a client who asks.

DLP is an open standard we created that maps the real vocabulary of film directing - framing, lenses, camera movement, blocking, coverage, performance, color, and edit rhythm - into structured direction that AI models can follow. You direct in film language; PyxelJam Studio translates it into each model's native dialect.

No. Every direction is a labeled choice with a plain-English explanation of what it does and why you'd use it - so DLP is also the fastest film-school class you'll ever take. Skip it entirely and PyxelJam still works the way it always has.

Yes - that's the point. Your direction is stored in one standard format. When a new model ships, we add the translation, and your existing shots speak to it immediately.

You see it before you press the button. A storyboard frame is typically 5 to 13 credits, a draft video clip about 10 credits per second, and a finished 1080p clip about 15 credits per second, where a credit is worth one cent. A six-scene short with twelve storyboard frames and six five-second clips lands around 600 to 700 credits, about $6 to $7. Set a ceiling on the project and it cannot spend past it.

Yes. The export bundle includes timeline files (FCP7 XML and FCPXML) that rebuild the whole edit in your editor, every scene's selected take in story order, plus the media itself. There is also a multi-track editor inside the studio if you would rather cut here.

No. Runs continue on our servers. A status chip in the header shows progress when you come back, and you can have one digest sent to email, Telegram or your team's chat when the whole batch finishes.

Yes: Final Draft (.fdx), Fountain, PDF and plain text. Scene headings, action and dialogue are read as what they are, and a scanned PDF is read by OCR as a background job (English, up to 200 pages). Every import is kept as a version, so a rewrite can be compared with the last draft, down to which shots it would invalidate.

Every take records the model that actually generated it. If a model is down, the studio can fall back to the next one on your list and the take is badged as a substitution, never a silent swap. Lock a model and the shot fails instead, so you always know what you got.

Create a share page for any image, clip or finished video. It opens in any browser without an account, and you can revoke the link whenever you like. You can also save files to Google Drive, or download the finished video as MP4, MOV, MKV or WebM. Share pages on the free Starter trial carry a small watermark.

No. Vibe directing means typing a mood and accepting whatever comes back. PyxelJam Studio is built around approval gates and a real directing vocabulary: you call the framing, the lens feel, the move and the performance on every shot, the studio tells you which of those the chosen model will honour, and nothing advances until you approve it. It is closer to running a production than rolling dice.
